Elysium Gyms
The Elysium Gyms fitness center, operated by an external provider, is the perfect place for those who want to stay in shape even while on vacation, without sacrificing the comfort and elegance of our hotel. Spacious, well-lit, and equipped with modern machines, free weights, and cardio equipment, it offers everything you need for comprehensive, personalized workouts.
Whether you prefer an intense cardio session, targeted strength training, or simple stretching exercises, Elysium Gyms welcomes you to a peaceful and inspiring environment.
During the winter, opening hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
From June through August, however, opening hours are from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
The Swimming Pool
It is an oasis of tranquility, nestled in the quiet of the garden and bathed in Sardinian sunshine—the perfect place to relax.
The water is heated to between 24 and 27 °C and is open until 8 p.m., making it the perfect place to cool off at any time.
The lounge chairs and umbrellas invite you to read, swim, or enjoy the sea breeze.
